Employment type: Full-time, Temp- approximately 90 days

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift (standard business hours)

Pay: $17.40-$21.30/hr base, plus $5.10/hr Health & Welfare ($22.50-$26.40/hr all-in)

Start date: Immediate

About the Role

Broadway Ventures is hiring a Call Center / Customer Service Representative to support a high-priority, short-term outreach effort on a Medicaid healthcare program. This is a "white glove" service role - not high-volume commodity call center work. You'll be assigned your own cases and own them through completion: reaching out to healthcare providers, guiding them through enrollment and revalidation steps, and helping clear a processing backlog. It's a fast-paced, higher-touch role for people who take pride in following a case all the way to the finish line. This position requires U.S. citizenship.

What You'll Do

  • Manage assigned provider enrollment and revalidation cases from start to completion
  • Conduct outbound calls to providers and respond to inbound questions
  • Guide providers through enrollment/revalidation requirements and documentation
  • Track case status and follow up proactively to keep cases moving
  • Support backlog cleanup with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Deliver a professional, service-oriented experience on every interaction

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Able to work onsite in Carson City, NV, Monday-Friday during business hours
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based work

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in provider enrollment, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare customer service

What We Offer

  • Paid training provided at the start of the assignment - no prior experience needed to get up to speed
  • All equipment provided onsite on your first day
  • Health & Welfare benefit included in your total compensation
  • Onsite work with a consistent Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
