Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity providing end-of-life care? We have an immediate part-time opening for a temporary position in hospice social work! In this role, you'll provide support to hospice clients in the northern suburbs (Lake and McHenry counties).
Position Requirements
  • LSW or LCSW
  • Hospice/end-of-life care or home health experience
  • Willingness to travel throughout Lake and McHenry counties to make home and facility visits to clients
  • Personal vehicle + valid drivers license and insurance
