Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team at AdviniaCare Naples. As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and medical procedures. If you are a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a desire to serve and care for seniors, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications and treatments as instructed by the medical team
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Encourage independence and participation in activities
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care

Requirements:
  • Preferred CNA/Active License
  • BLS/CPR Certificate
  • TB and MMR immunizations
  • Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
  • Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous Med Passer experience required
  • PCC experience preferred
