Qualifications
- Experience with outbound sales and cold calling, including lead generation and prospect qualification.
- Strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and confident phone presence.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales technology to log activities and manage pipelines.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally, stay motivated, and meet or exceed call and conversion targets.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in call notes and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments is beneficial.
