Job description

Find your calling at Mercy!The Technologist Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Radiology Department by ensuring patients are transported safely and assisted throughout imaging procedures. This position focuses on patient comfort, clear communication, and maintaining a smooth workflow for technologists and staff. Responsibilities include preparing rooms, assisting with exams, and upholding hospital policies and safety standards. The Technologist Assistant helps create a positive patient experience while contributing to departmental efficiency.Position Details:

Day shift 7a-3:30p, every other weekend, alternate holidays

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous healthcare or patient care experience preferred.
