Job description

The Imaging Service Engineer III supports Moses Cone Healthcare by performing PMs, troubleshooting, and repairs on CT, MRI, X‑ray, Cath Lab, Ultrasound, Mammography, and other systems from major OEMs to ensure reliability and strong customer service.

This senior engineer provides leadership and hands‑on guidance to Level I and II Imaging Engineers, assisting with complex diagnostics, escalations, and technical training to strengthen team capability and maintain high‑quality imaging performance.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $55.74 per hour - $72.13 per hour
