We're hiring an experienced Imaging Service Engineer to support Integris Health, based at Integris Baptist Medical Center and servicing imaging equipment across all Integris locations. This role requires strong handson experience with GE CT and MR systems and a commitment to equipment reliability, patient safety, and customer satisfaction. This position is onsite Monday-Friday.
What you'll do
  • Service, troubleshoot, and maintain highend medical imaging systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and QA in compliance with ISO and regulatory standards
  • Support imaging applications, software, DICOM, Windows, and Linux environments
  • Partner with clinical teams to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support and escalate issues to OEMs as needed
What you bring
  • 12+ years supporting highend medical imaging equipment
  • Required experience with GE CT/MR
  • Strong technical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to support a healthcare environment with occasional offhours needs
