PRN MRI TechnologistLocation: American Health Imaging Augusta 3152 Perimeter Pkwy, Building 2 Unit B, Augusta, GA,30909PRN/Flexible Schedule - Center hours Monday-Friday 7am-10pm, Saturday 8am-5pm

Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging is seeking an ARRTregistered MRI Technologist to join our team on a PRN basis at our Augustaoutpatient imaging center. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MRI professional who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while producing high-quality diagnostic imaging in a collaborative outpatient environment.

What You'll Do

Perform high-quality MRI examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of MRI safety, anatomy, and imaging techniques.

Prepare patients for procedures, including IV administration when appropriate.

Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team members to deliver exceptional service and quality care.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

ARRT registered with advanced certification in MRI (ARRT-MR) required.

Previous experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.

Current CPR certification required.

IV certification/skills required.

Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI imaging principles.
