Job description


A leading healthcare technology organization is seeking an Imaging Informatics Solutions Specialist to join its Customer Success team. This customer-facing technical role combines imaging informatics, cloud technologies, automation, and customer success, supporting the implementation, integration, optimization, and ongoing success of enterprise imaging analytics solutions within complex healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will partner with hospital IT teams and clinical stakeholders to solve technical challenges, improve imaging workflows, and help customers maximize the value of their technology investments.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare technology, imaging informatics, cloud infrastructure, and customer success. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with healthcare imaging systems and standards including PACS, RIS, DICOM, and HL7.
  • Experience supporting technical implementations, integrations, or customer-facing healthcare technology environments.
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL for automation, reporting, and data workflows.
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Experience with SAML SSO, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with hospital IT teams, PACS administrators, and clinical stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD automation processes.
  • Experience with business intelligence integrations and reporting platforms.
  • Imaging analytics experience within healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
