Electrophysiology Cardiologist - $716,837 Base Salary + $150K Bonuses

Location: Waterloo, Iowa

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to become part of our established and innovative cardiovascular team at the Waterloo Heart Clinic, specializing in advanced arrhythmia care. This is an exceptional opportunity in electrophysiology, featuring strong leadership, cutting-edge technology, and competitive compensation.

Position Highlights
  • Guaranteed Base Salary: $716,837 for the initial two years
  • Incentive Structure: Compensation based on production

Clinical Services Offered:

  • Electrophysiology studies
  • Radiofrequency and cryoablation procedures
  • Pulsed-field ablation technology coming soon
  • Conduction system pacing, including left bundle branch area pacing
