As the Imaging System Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our imaging processes. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely scanning of images into our ImageCentre system. You will assist various departments by preparing files for scanning, including cleaning out old files and reorganizing documents. Quality control is essential, so you will perform basic editing tasks, such as rescanning problematic images and rotating skewed pages. Collaboration is key, as you will coordinate with image editors to ensure the timely progress of imaging projects.ย

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately and timely scan images into the ImageCentre imaging system.
  • Assist assigned departments with file organization, including cleaning out old files and preparing documents for scanning.
  • Perform basic editing tasks on imaged documents, such as rescanning bad or missing images and rotating skewed pages.
  • Collaborate with image editors to facilitate the timely progress of imaging projects.

Required for this position: Excellent attention to detail, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, and self-motivation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed
  • Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  • Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion

      HOURS:

      Regular business hours, 20-25 hours a week.
