Mail Production Specialist

Job Title: Mail Production Specialist
Contract Type / Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: Farmington, MO (Onsite)
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $19.00

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Production Specialist to support high-volume mail processing operations. This role is responsible for opening, sorting, scanning, documenting, and processing incoming correspondence while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence and documents
  • Scan and image incoming paper documents
  • Maintain accurate records and processing documentation
  • File and organize processed documents
  • Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors
  • Meet established production and quality standards
  • Assist team members in other work areas as business needs require

Education Requirement
