Professional Home Delivery Drivers
The Home Delivery Driver delivers products to designated locations in an efficient, effective and safe manner, while promoting exceptional customer service through quality workmanship, as well as clear and professional communication.
Great role with a great team! Experience a new and exciting opportunity of becoming a Delivery Driver. In this role you are responsible for driving to customers' homes on pre-routed trips. Delivery can range from drop at doorstep to full set up of product in home. In this role it is critical to have a customer centric mindset as your delivery is direct to the customer and our goal is to always give our customers a world class experience.
Requirements:
  • Clean Driving record - 3 years
  • NO CDL needed
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • 1 year of box truck
  1. Handle product safely.
  2. Conduct physical inspection of product to identify damages goods, performs touch- up and repair as needed on product.
  3. Place product in designated storage areas safely.
  4. Prepare and load customer delivery trucks.
  5. Unload and safely place product in customer home.
  6. Understand and comply with all store policies and procedures.
  7. Remove all packaging materials from the location.
  8. Communicates and documents customer concerns to Warehouse Support.
  9. Communicates credit, damage and essential information to Customer Service Department.
  10. May be required to complete shipping/ receiving paperwork
  11. May be required to complete Department of Transportation paperwork.
  12. Maintains clean and organized warehouse area.
  13. Maintain a professional image.
  14. Assist driver as needed with vehicle inspection, routine maintenance and fueling of vehicle at approved locations.
  15. Completes other assignments and special projects as requested.
  16. Maintains reliable attendance.
