Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist
Location:Middlesex County
Job Type: Part-time (Per Diem)
Pay: $65.00 $85.00 per hour
Work Setting: In-person
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist to join our team. The IIC will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities, using evidence-based practices to promote emotional, behavioral, and relational well-being.
This is a flexible, per diem position that allows you to make your own schedule while earning a competitive hourly rate.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy in clients homes or community settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy).
  • Collaborate with families, case managers, and other service providers to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Required Licensure: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LAMFT (New Jersey).
  • Experience: Prior experience providing in-home or community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as (e.g., TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy).
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Monmouth County.
