Responsibilities and Impact:
• Support an assigned portfolio of redistribution clients , fostering strong client relationships to drive net revenue growth .
• Help d evelop and execute comprehensive account growth plans , leveraging a holistic understanding of client business objectives, market demands, and critical needs .
• Assist renewal and expansion negotiations , including account analysis, contract finalization with legal/procurement, and identifying/mitigating account risks .
• Act as a trusted advisor , building multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholders and workflows, providing client insights, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention .
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Sales Specialists, Business, and Implementation teams) to deliver cohesive customer experiences and comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with CCO Strategy for key accounts .
• Build industry knowledge and expertise to advise clients on best practices, promote adoption of new offerings, and provide valuable client feedback to inform product roadmap improvements .
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,600 to $97,000 . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications . In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan .
This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits .
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client-facing roles within B2B environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to senior stakeholders
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable client strategies
