ROLE OVERVIEW

This role prepares you to run a successful car wash location from the ground up, combining hands-on operations, sales leadership, and team development.


WHAT YOU’LL LEARN & DO

• Run daily site operations

• Sell and coach Wash Club memberships

• Interview, hire, and lead teams

• Schedule crews and manage labor

• Learn equipment basics and troubleshooting

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences


REQUIREMENTS

• 21+ years old

• 1+ year management experience (sales preferred)

• Able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors

• MUST have open availability including weekends (both Saturday/Sunday)
