Blue Iguana Car Wash is locally owned and operated with six locations in Springfield, Missouri. We're in the "feel good" business-helping customers feel great with a clean, dry, shiny vehicle every visit.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role prepares you to run a successful car wash location from the ground up, combining hands-on operations, sales leadership, and team development.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & DO
• Run daily site operations
• Sell and coach Wash Club memberships
• Interview, hire, and lead teams
• Schedule crews and manage labor
• Learn equipment basics and troubleshooting
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
REQUIREMENTS
• 21+ years old
• 1+ year management experience (sales preferred)
• Able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors
• MUST have open availability including weekends (both Saturday/Sunday)

• Must be willing to have open availability during training, must be able to work any day

Hours of Operation:
7:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Saturday 8:00am- 8:00pm Sunday
Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day!

Average first year as a Manager Trainee $40,000++ plus benefits!
