Bakery is looking for a Junior Designer who wants to Make Things People Want. We've worked with ambitious brands like Nike, Diageo, Liquid Death, Shiner Beer building brand identities, campaigns, and packaging that make people pay attention. But more than what we make, it's why we make it. We believe the best work comes from people who haven't been smoothed out yet - designers with a point of view, a chip on their shoulder, and the hunger to prove their vision. We're here to build brand worlds that are genuinely distinctive, not safe.

We're excited to talk to Designers in their first or second job who have raw, clear talent and just need the right space to develop in. In this role, you'll work closely with Senior Designers and Art Directors, getting hands-on with ambitious, high-visibility work for some of the best brands on Earth. You'll take feedback fast, turn it around faster, and get a front-row seat to how an idea moves from a scrawled sketch to finished work for brands people actually know. * Must be employable in the USA and work on-site in Austin, TX *
