• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to gain an understanding of their mental health concerns, leading to effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress with regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual consultations, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions, to stay informed on the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

You will work closely with adults, adolescents, and families, providing a safe space for individuals to express their feelings, explore their issues, and develop coping strategies that lead to long-term well-being.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients, enabling effective therapeutic relationships.
• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload and handle administrative responsibilities with precision.

Experience working in a community health setting or private practice is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to engage clients virtually can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, bringing knowledge of specific therapeutic techniques or areas, such as trauma-informed care or family therapy, will enable you to serve our clients better.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
