We're on the lookout for passionate, service-driven individuals to join our Cruise & Touring division in an after-sales focused role. If you thrive on building lasting customer relationships, delivering exceptional post-booking support, and ensuring every traveller's journey is seamless-this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

No prior travel experience? No problem. We're looking for individuals who are customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding after-sales service-from booking through to post-travel follow-up.

Successful candidates will embark on a fully paid training journey, learning from Australia's leading cruise and touring experts in an interactive, fast-paced environment. Upon completion, you'll become a Fully Accredited Cruise or Touring Consultant, with a guaranteed full-time position and exciting career pathways within the My Cruises and Touring teams.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting customers post-sale-managing bookings, amendments, and travel documentation
  • Delivering exceptional service by resolving queries and ensuring a smooth customer journey
