Job description


  • Liaison with platform provider's Compliance team
  • Ensures adherence with Corporate-mandated compliance programs
  • Collaborate with internal team members within various departments & ensure all relevant KPIs are achieved
  • Responsible for Weekly & Monthly compliance related reports
  • Review and Respond to customer complaints filed with the regulator (DGE & PGCB)
  • Plan for long term objectives and expansion into other IGaming jurisdiction
  • Help with Ad-hoc projects
  • Stay up to date with new state specific regulations. Communicate new regulations to the affected Stakeholders/departments
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  1. 1+ year of experience in the IGaming Industry
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. College Degree preferred
  4. Strong Attention to detail
  5. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  6. Proficient Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  7. Effective verbal and written communication skills
