Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in IFS (an iPipeline product), service request management, deployments, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with related modules and proficiency in iGrafx workflows to streamline business processes and ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support IFS/iPipeline product implementations across business units.
  • Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
  • Oversee deployment activities, including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize related modules.
  • Design, document, and maintain workflows using iGrafx for process automation and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
