Mécanicien(ne) monteur de moules

Poste permanent – temps plein Quarts: SOIR-FDS

Notre client, CIF Métal Ltée www.cifmetal.com est un leader Nord-Américain en moulage permanent d’aluminium. Possédant 2 usines situées à Thetford Mines et comptant plus de 170 employés, l’entreprise se distingue par ses clients de renommée mondiale.

CIF Métal Ltée connait une croissance soutenue et accélérée et offre un environnement de travail très dynamique. Ayant des défis de croissance ambitieux, notre client recherche actuellement un mécanicien(ne) monteur de moules.

Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur de la maintenance, vous aurez l’occasion de vous épanouir dans un emploi stimulant et de contribuer au succès de l’entreprise en ayant les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Faire le démontage des presses hydraulique, c’est-à-dire enlever le moule précédent
  • Vérifier l'état des presses hydrauliques, c’est-à-dire inspecter et examiner l’équipement pour déceler les dérèglements et les défaillances, et ce, à partir de procédures bien définies
  • Faire la préparation des moules (Sandblast, graissage du système éjecteur, etc.). Faire des réparations mineures sur les moules et les presses hydrauliques et remplacer les pièces défectueuses sur les presses ou les moules.
  • Effectuer les opérations de montage à partir des plans et des schémas
  • Installer, aligner, démonter et déplacer les presses hydrauliques, les systèmes éjecteurs et les moules.
  • Conduire le chariot-élévateur pour mettre en place les presses, pendant l'installation, le montage et la réparation de la machinerie
  • Ajuster, usiner et régler les pièces nécessaires au montage.
  • Faire le classement des moules après utilisation
  • Nettoyer son poste de travail
  • Écrire des données relatives aux bons de travail/ rapport de production
  • Respecter Ies standards de santé et sécurité de l'entreprise
