IES Commercial Inc dba IES Electrical is looking for a full-time Journeyman Lineman Foreman for work in Nebraska. Per Diem Eligibility Applies. $5000 new hire bonus after 6 months.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Job Summary
  • Lead the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical transmission and distribution lines
  • Work with and mentor apprentices in safety and on the job training
  • Erect, frame, climb and replace poles
  • Operate aerial trucks, digger derricks and associated equipment
  • Comply with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
  • Travel required

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of accredited Journeyman Lineman program or documented Journeyman Lineman through verifiable experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain
  • OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check (if applicable)
