Position Overview
The Foreman is responsible for supporting operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the successful execution of company objectives while collaborating effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
  • Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Sit for extended periods while driving to and between job sites.
  • Work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions.
  • Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
  • Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.
  • Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
