What You Will Do
  • This assignment requires the candidate to work seamlessly with members of the Data Quality & Governance organization and broader DT/business teams.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis across multiple platforms and data sources
  • Leverage tools such as Informatica Data Quality, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and Python to profile, assess, and improve data.
  • Experience using AI assisted programs to drive technical solutioning.
  • Document data flows, business rules, and data definitions across global data products and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
  • Build or support the development of data cleansing routines aligned to enterprise data quality standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Partner with data engineers and business SMEs to identify, evaluate, and document the right data sources for key initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate quality metrics and drive accountability.
  • Drive data quality efforts end‑to‑end, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and operationalization.
  • Support delivery of data tool implementations including MDM, Data Catalog, Data Quality tooling, and governance workflows.
  • Contribute creative solutioning for complex data issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build repeatable, sustainable processes.
  • Support presentations, documentation, communications, and stakeholder feedback loops across the enterprise.
  • Lead or co‑lead data quality initiatives while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications You Must Have

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
