Client's available schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY *Oversee required documentation like assessments, support plans, and progress updates.*Help create and monitor engaging, goal-focused activities for the individuals we support.*Manage incident reporting and follow through to ensure issues are resolved appropriately.*Act as a main point of contact for families and team members while keeping health and safety a top priority.
