Our success is built on more than selling and servicing vehicles. It's built on lasting relationships, a commitment to our community, and a team that genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional experience every day. Whether helping a customer find their next vehicle, restoring a car in our body shop, or providing expert service after the sale, we work together with a shared passion for excellence. If you're looking for a workplace where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and you can be part of a close-knit team that treats people like family, Knudtsen Chevrolet is the place for you.

The Role

Every vehicle that passes through your hands represents our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Whether you're preparing a new vehicle for delivery, refreshing a pre-owned vehicle for the showroom, or helping a service customer fall in love with their vehicle all over again, your attention to detail makes a lasting impression. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys seeing the results of a job well done, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

  • Clean, polish, wax, and protect interior and exterior vehicle surfaces.
  • Perform buffing and paint correction as needed to maintain vehicle appearance.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, quality, and any cosmetic concerns.
  • Safely move and park a variety of vehicles throughout the dealership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Support the Sales and Service teams with additional vehicle preparation needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
  • Knowledge and experience of proper buffing procedures required.
  • At least 1 year of automotive detailing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and carrying up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.

What We Offer

  • Family-owned company culture that values and invests in its team members.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts.
  • On-site fitness room.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO)
