Overview

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Specialist providing logistics planning and sustainment support for transport and communications systems supporting SD-85 operational and modernization efforts.

Position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO.

**This position is contingent upon funding**

Responsibilities
    Support lifecycle sustainment planning and logistics coordination.
  • Assist with supply chain, asset tracking, and inventory management activities.
  • Develop logistics documentation, sustainment plans, and maintenance strategies.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, and fielding support.
  • Support configuration management and property accountability processes.
  • Assist with transportation planning and operational logistics coordination.
  • Support readiness reporting and sustainment assessments.
Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: A minimum of a secret clearance at time of applicaiton required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

Years of Experience: 5+ years of logistics or sustainment experience.

Additional Experience:

  • Experience supporting DoD programs or operational environments.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle logistics principles.
  • Experience with logistics databases and reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting space, SATCOM, or communications programs.
  • DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with integrated logistics support (ILS) and sustainment planning.
  • Experience supporting classified or operational environments.
