Job Description:

ICU RN – Medical/Surgical ICU

Requirements:

- Valid RN license required.

- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.

- 2 years of recent ICU RN experience required; high-acuity ICU experience highly preferred.

- Proficient in mechanical ventilation management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care procedures including CRRT, arterial/central line management, and more.

Schedule:

- Weekend commitment: Every other weekend required; staffing may exceed based on unit needs.

Assignment Details:

- Unit census: Approximately 18 patients (20 beds).

- Ratios: 1:2 (days/nights/weekends).

- Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off staff up to once per two-week pay period.

Compliance / Notes:

- Must disclose license and background details upon submission.

- LA Fire card required within the last 30 days.

- Holiday requirement: Must commit to working 3 out of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

- Travelers expected to float between facilities in the state.
