At ICP, our values define us: we are Curious, Focused, Creative, Trustworthy, and Inclusive.
We're A People First Company
At ICP, we provide benefits that matter to our people and enable us to be engaged both in and outside of work. We foster a culture where work/life balance is nurtured and encouraged, offering hybrid working, generous paid time off, paid holidays, volunteer time off, and Summer half-day Fridays. We also take care of our people with competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, mental health support, and a robust savings plan.
Bring the Confidence
Are you a relationship-focused, driven professional with a growth mindset? Do you thrive on breaking through challenges and excelling in competitive environments? You're not expected to have all the answers, but your passion for uncovering solutions and building strong partnerships makes you the perfect fit for this role. We'd love to hear from you!
The Senior Consultant is a workstream and deliverable leader, responsible for translating strategy into action while ensuring clarity, quality, and forward momentum. This role balances independent delivery leadership with coaching and enabling others, helping shape structured work plans and client-ready outputs that drive measurable outcomes.
As ICP continues to evolve as an integrated, insight-led partner, the Senior Consultant is essential to:
  • Lead workstreams that connect strategic intent to tactical execution
  • Drive clarity in deliverables, decision-making, and team alignment
  • Build trust with client stakeholders through thoughtful recommendations
  • Bring forward insights that shape ICP frameworks, methods, and IP
  • Strengthen consulting maturity across the broader team

Senior Consultants may develop along two equally valued pathways:
  • Strategic path: structuring problems, shaping client direction, and guiding strategic recommendations.
  • Specialist path: bringing depth expertise (e.g., DAM, PIM, digital shelf, content supply chain, taxonomy) to elevate solution feasibility and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Workstream Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end workstreams, ensuring clarity of objectives, approach, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Produce high-quality outputs that translate complexity into structured, client-ready narratives.
  • Apply ICP frameworks and consulting methodologies consistently, improving and adapting them where needed.
  • Mentor and review work from Consultants and Analysts to strengthen outcomes and delivery consistency.

Client Engagement
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions within your workstream; maintain trust and credibility.
  • Present components of project recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Help clients navigate ambiguity by framing decisions, tradeoffs, and implications.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
  • Partner with S&C peers, Solutions, and Client Partnerships to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Bring forward client insights that can inform ICP best practices, playbooks, or reusable templates.
  • Participate in capability-building activities and practice-wide improvement initiatives.

Growth & Development
  • Continue deepening consulting rigor, structured problem-solving, and communication clarity.
  • Develop leadership skills in coaching, delegation, and influencing without authority.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong independent executor who can turn strategy into action.
  • Clear, structured communicator who elevates the work of others
  • Demonstrates judgment, ownership, and forward-thinking problem solving.
  • Shows growing maturity in both strategic framing and client relationship leadership.

Someone who exemplifies our ICP Values:
  • Curious: Always learning, eager to explore endless possibilities.
  • Inclusive: Diversity is our strength. Every voice matters and we can achieve more when we do it together.
  • Focused: With clear vision and unwavering dedication, we progress forward and deliver excellence.
  • Creative: Unleashing imagination, innovating boldly, and redefining possible.
  • Trustworthy: Built on honesty, respect, and integrity we stand strong together.
