Job Summary

Responsible for providing management oversight for all phases of assigned commercial construction projects in our South Florida office region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to completion
  • Develop and monitor the budget and schedule for the successful completion of each assigned project.
  • Select and hire subcontractors as required to complete the various work scopes for the project.
  • Draft the contracts and review for issuance to subcontracts.
  • Manage project superintendents and ensure they have the necessary resources to successfully complete the projects
  • Communicate directly with Owners and Architects
