PBGH is currently seeking a Product Development Intern

The Product Development Intern will learn the following responsibilities:

  • Organize and traffic incoming /outgoing development samples.
  • Maintain & track key milestone sample dates.
  • Help maintain product development cost sheet to ensure that financial goals are being met.
  • Assist in the management of sample images needed for Market line books.
  • Learn to review product samples for design accuracy, quality & functionality.
  • Review & organize product profile sheets.
  • Assist in completion of account product knowledge sheets
  • Ability to understand development timeline & necessary milestones to achieve end goal.
  • Ability to recognize potential cost issues and ways to resolve
  • Understand the role of product development and how we work cross-functional with Merchandising & Design
  • Ability to resolve design & costing issues during the development process
  • Understand how to create a development calendar based on project end goal & necessary steps to meet this targeted date
