The ideal candidate embodies a calm, steady presence and a service-first mindset, understanding that the best security is felt more than seen. They know that true safety supports, not distracts from the connection, comfort, and joy of every guest experience.

Inspired by Dolly Parton's epic career and trailblazing spirit, SongTeller Hotel in Nashville is as unique as the global icon herself. Dolly welcomes guests to a place where they can Love Every Moment; it is a place to unplug, to connect with loved ones and to be entertained.

The Safety & Security Officer at SongTeller Hotel will assist in all aspects of safety, security, and emergency preparedness for Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel, featuring 245 guest rooms, two food & beverage entertainment venues, a market, and Dolly Parton's Museum. Success in this role requires sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams and guest populations. The Security Officer demonstrates professionalism and consistency at all times, helping support a safe, welcoming, and elevated guest experience.

SongTeller Hotel celebrates the people, talent and setting of the destination, weaving the local music and culinary scenes together. So come experience the unique charm, and hospitality that could only be created by the iconic hostess herself!
