As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be managing and selling into your existing customer base. You will also be providing the highest level of customer service to our external and internal customers on a daily basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established growing company that is always mindful of its sales culture.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with future and current customers.
- Represent B2B sales for manufacturers such as Motorola, ICOM, Avigilon and many others.
- Sell all products from the BearCom portfolio based on customers needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain all weekly, quarterly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Heavy phone and email communication.
- Manage and react quickly to all existing customers.
- Provide price quotes and follow up with customers.
- Efficiently manage sales funnel.
- Enter all orders and activities into JDE and CRM system.
- Assist customers with all product or system questions, issues, repairs, and order status.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, B2B sales in wireless communication industry experience a plus.
- Must have experience making outbound phone calls and taking inbound phone calls.
- Must be punctual, well organized and possess excellent time management skills.
- Must be proficient in navigating through the Internet and using Microsoft products (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Must be detailed oriented and have a technical aptitude.
- Ability to work as a team player and build rapport with the Inside Sales team and sales branches.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM).
- Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record check.
