MS Industrial Properties, LLC is seeking a reliable, experienced Property Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep, repairs and remodels for our properties and buildings in Utah County.


Knowledge

  • Skilled in framing wood or metal
  • Skilled in concrete finishing
  • Skilled in drywall hanging, texture
  • Skilled in painting
  • Skilled in landscape maintenance
  • Skilled in cooling and heating system maintenance
  • Skilled in roof repair

Responsibilities

Landscape

  • Sprinkler maintenance and service
  • Blackflow installations
  • Spring / Winter turn on and shut down
  • Grounds cleaning (clear parking lots and gutters of weeds and debris)

HVAC

  • Light maintenance and service
  • Filters
  • Pads
  • Waterline
  • Thermostats

Snow Removal

  • Install plow (and remove)
  • Snow plowing
  • Shoveling and de-icing

Remodeling & New Construction

  • Demolition of framing, drywall, insulation and wiring
  • Assist with painting, drywall, concrete, landscaping, roofing, cooling systems and other needs

  • Able to perform manual labor including bending, climbing ladders, standing for extended period of times and working in various weather conditions
  • Should be in good physical condition to handle routine maintenance tasks, operate tools/equipment and move materials as needed
