ICFs, or Insulated Concrete Forms, are hollow blocks or panels made of rigid foam that are stacked to create the shape of a building’s walls, then filled with reinforced concrete. They serve as both the form for the concrete and as insulation for the finished structure, providing energy efficiency, strength, and durability. ICF construction is commonly used for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings due to its superior thermal performance, sound insulation, and resistance to disasters such as fires and storms.

Attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork skills help ensure precise installation and effective collaboration on job sites. These skills are vital to delivering structurally sound, energy-efficient buildings and maintaining safety standards in construction environments.
