Job description

Icertis - Solution Architect
Redmond, WA- Onsite
Rate- $90/HR
Implementation of Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform
Configure contract templates, workflows, clauses, metadata fields, and approval rules.
Maintain ICM rulesets, permission sets, contract types, clause libraries, and smart rules.
Define and implement integration strategies between Ariba Contract Workspace (CW) and ICM for contract intake, metadata sync, and approval flow.
Design and develop integration for contract document push/pull, status updates, and eSignature flow between Icertis and Ariba.
Ensure mapping of key data fields between ICM and Ariba (e.g., Contract ID, supplier data, contract amount, start/end dates).
Coordinate data migration activities from Ariba or legacy systems into Icertis.
Validate data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Work closely with Procurement, Legal, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and align contract processes.
Design reports and dashboards in ICM to monitor contract lifecycle metrics, expiry, renewals, and compliance KPIs.
Ensure alignment of contract processes with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of CLM process, contract types (NDA, MSA, SOW), and legal workflows.
Experience with APIs, middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), or Icertis Connect Framework for system integrations.
Knowledge of DocuSign/Adobe Sign integration with Icertis

Apply
