Office Assistant Ice Arena

Love people, fast-paced environments, and maybe a little rink-side action? We are looking for friendly, dependable Office Assistants to help keep our facility running smoothly and make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through the doors.

Shifts Available

Early Birds: Weekday shifts starting at 5:30 AM Weekend Crew: Weekend shifts available

If you are an early riser looking to get your workday started before most people have had their first cup of coffee or you are looking for a great weekend job, this could be the perfect fit!

What You'll Do

As an Office Assistant, you will be at the center of the action. You will help skaters, hockey players, families, coaches, and guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the arena.

Your day will include:

  • Greeting guests and creating a friendly, welcoming experience
  • Checking in participants for public skating, figure skating, hockey programs, events, and more
  • Using our point-of-sale system for admissions, skate rentals, registrations, and other transactions
  • Answering phones and helping customers with questions about schedules, programs, pricing, and events
  • Helping guests with skate rentals, including proper sizing, distribution, and returns
  • Keeping the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and ready for guests
  • Communicating with arena staff and coaches to help programs run smoothly
  • Completing basic administrative tasks, including attendance logs, waivers, and incident reports
  • Helping enforce facility policies in a friendly and professional way
  • Pitching in during tournaments, special events, and seasonal programs

Qualifications
