Job description

Front desk staff play a key role in creating a fun, energetic and family environment at the Super Rink. Front desk staff are a constant support for the guests whether working as a Front Desk Cashier, Answering Phone Calls, Birthday Party Support, Ice Monitor, Skate Rental, or simply answering questions and assisting guests as needed.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Skate Rental, Front Desk, Ice Monitor
  • General customer service - interacting with customers, answering phones, program registrations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility
  • Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests using excellent customer service skills
