Our seasonal Food & Beverage team brings unforgettable experiences to life across The Princess Fire & Ice Rink, Chateau Champagne, festive Igloos, and other resort outlets. We're looking for energetic, dependable multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work seamlessly as a team, and have a passion for Food & Beverage and engaging with guests.

Whether you're serving, bartending, barbacking, running food, or hosting, you'll help deliver the exceptional service and warm hospitality that make Christmas at the Princess so special.

As a Seasonal Expo, you will be reporting to the General Manager of our Pool Complex & Seasonal Events; responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
  • Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
  • Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
  • Previous service experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
