Love sports, working with people, and being part of the action? We are looking for a hands-on Facility Supervisor to help keep our ice arena running smoothly and make sure every guest has a great experience.
You will help lead the team, oversee daily operations, support programs and events, and jump in wherever needed. No two days at the rink are exactly the same!
What You’ll Do
- Help oversee daily arena operations, including programming, rentals, and special events
- Lead, schedule, train, and support part-time and seasonal staff
- Keep an eye on ice quality, facility cleanliness, safety, and overall readiness
- Deliver great customer service and help resolve issues when they arise
- Coordinate with coaches, leagues, organizations, and community partners
- Assist with cash handling, POS procedures, inventory, payroll tracking, and other day-to-day administrative needs
- Help make tournaments, events, and seasonal programs a success
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, professional, and dependable team player
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in recreation, sports, hospitality, or facility operations - ice arena experience is a big plus
- Someone who can stay cool when things get busy (pun intended!)
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office/POS systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Hockey knowledge is a plus, and competitive hockey experience is even better
