Job description

The Ice Rink Cashier greets guests, rents equipment, and provides customer service at the Sun Valley Ice Rink. 

Duties & Responsibilities:   

  • Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Assist guests by answering questions and providing helpful information.
  • Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with company standards.
  • Process transactions accurately, including closing out the cash register and completing cash and credit card reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:     

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Enjoys engaging with guests and working with diverse personalities in a team environment.
  • Be able to stand for prolonged periods
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear
  • Able to safely move objects up to approximately 40 pounds about the workplace. 
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as scheduled.
