As we expand, we're looking to hire Field Ice Machine Technicians to fortify our MA/RI/CT market presence. As an Ice Machine Technician, you'll be at the forefront of field service, focusing on the upkeep and repair of ice machine equipment.
Salary $50,000.00 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)
Field Service Technician - Ice Machines Requirements:
  • Ability to work an 8-hour workday
  • Additionally, candidates should be prepared for windshield time, which involves driving between client locations to perform service visits.
  • Works well in teams "will be working with parts department"
  • Prior experience troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing ice machine or similar kitchen refrigeration equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High School diploma or GED and a valid driver's license
  • Self Driven
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in gas, electric, plumbing, and/or steam repairs (a plus)
  • 2-3 years' experience in refrigeration or ice machine equipment repair
  • Strong organizational skills and a team-centric attitude
