Ice Cream Attendant
Description:
The ice cream attendant's role is to ensure that each and every customer is served in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. This includes greeting customers as they approach the order window, taking orders and taking payment through the POS system and fulfilling customer order's including scooping ice cream, making frappes, root beer floats, fresh squeezed lemonade and all other items on our menu. Friendliness and a bright smile are important as sometimes the ice cream attendant is the "last" face a customer sees. This leaves a positive lasting impression of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Greet all customers in a welcoming manner, Fulfill customer requests with ice cream purchases, Keep the ice cream shop clean, organized and stocked with all necessary items, Maintain and clean the dipping cabinets and keep frost levels down, Keep the outside area spotless and Notify management of any customer issues.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum age: 14 years of age. Must have working papers if under 16. Previous Experience: none Must have reliable transportation.
