About the Role:
Join Original Rainbow Cone as our Hourly General Manager in Surprise, AZ! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a passionate team while delivering delightful experiences to our customers through our iconic ice cream offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest service.
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance around food, packaging, and labor costs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
- Candidate will not have much administrative duties, franchise owners handle this.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in a similar food service concept
- Experience with Starbucks, Dutch Brothers, Dunkin Donuts all a plus
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, this position will be mostly evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Must be 18 years or older and have a valid food handler's permit.
