Job description

Summary Responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the Shakopee Ice Arena, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and maintain an organized, clean and safe facility. Enforce all rules, regulations and guidelines.

Operate ice resurfacer. Collect fees for ice time, skate rental and sharpening, and other services. Administer basic first aid to patrons.

Complete accident and incident reports. Portray a positive and professional attitude to the public. Care of all equipment.

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requires strong oral and written communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, assessing situations and responding in a decisive and fair manner.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
