Job description

Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Technician at Inclusive Care Clinic Pharmacy (ICCP)

Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare? Do you want to work in a supportive and inclusive environment where your contributions truly matter? At Inclusive Care Clinic Pharmacy (ICCP), we’re on a mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care to underserved populations, and we’re looking for dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to join our team!

About Us

ICCP was founded by a mother-daughter duo with a shared vision: to increase healthcare accessibility for women and LGBT+ individuals in our community. We’re more than just a pharmacy—we’re a pharmacist-led clinic with a full compounding suite, committed to advancing the profession of pharmacy while delivering personalized care. If you’re ready to work in a place where inclusivity and compassion are at the heart of everything we do, ICCP might just be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do

As a Pharmacy Technician at ICCP, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the care and support they need. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including compounded prescriptions.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs with care and professionalism.
  • Supporting inventory management, including stocking and organizing medications.
  • Collaborating with the team to uphold ICCP’s mission of inclusivity and accessibility in healthcare.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about healthcare and eager to grow in their role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Pharmacy Technician Registration: Must be able to obtain and maintain registration through Idaho’s Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL).
  • A strong commitment to ICCP’s mission of inclusivity, compassion, and quality care.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
  • No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and contribute!
What We Offer

At ICCP, we value our team members and want to ensure they feel supported and appreciated. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual to help you recharge and maintain work-life balance.
  • Federal holidays off to spend time with loved ones or pursue personal interests.
  • The opportunity to work in a welcoming, inclusive environment where your work has a meaningful impact on the community.
  • Work From Home opportunities are possible in case of illness or unexpected circumstances. This is not standard, but it is something we strive to allow for accommodation needs.
Why Join ICCP?

At ICCP, we believe in creating a workplace that reflects the values we hold dear: inclusivity, compassion, and excellence. We’re proud to serve as a safe and supportive space for both our patients and our team members. When you join us, you’re not just taking a job—you’re becoming part of a mission-driven organization that’s changing lives.

Ready to Apply?

If you’re ready to make a difference and grow your career in an environment that values inclusivity and care, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and take the first step toward joining the ICCP family. Together, we can make healthcare more accessible for everyone.
