Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations is vital for ensuring public safety and compliance.Candidates must hold at least two ICC certifications, as well as a State of Utah Limited Inspector certification. Furthermore, the ability to complete two additional ICC certifications-such as electrical, building, mechanical, or plumbing-within 12 months of hire will be crucial for ongoing professional development.
