Description:Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and safety of the country club facilities and grounds. This position performs general repairs, preventative maintenance, and assists with upkeep of club buildings, equipment, and common areas to ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the club property
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues as needed
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and facility systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, storage rooms, and workshops
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance or safety concerns
  • Repair and maintain doors, locks, lighting, fixtures, furniture, and other club assets
  • Assist with painting, carpentry, pressure washing, and minor construction projects
  • Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments and management
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and club standards
  • Assist with outdoor maintenance tasks when needed, including grounds support and irrigation repairs
Qualifications
  • Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
