Position Highlights 

Be an integral member of the Driver Licensing Customer Service Support team at ICBC. We are seeking a dedicated, detail oriented administrative support all-star to join our team in Richmond. This role processes the intersection safety camera violation tickets and provides additional administrative and customer support services.

 

Position Requirements 

  • Strong with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Initiative and good judgment to be proactive and determine priorities
  • Communication skills, both writing and verbal
  • Customer service experience to respond to public queries
  • Work in a team environment
  • Proficiency with relevant computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Adapt to work demands, volumes and schedules
  • Learn new policies and procedures
  • Sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Maintain mental and visual concentration
  • Minimum typing speed: 35WPM with 90% accuracy
  • The successful candidate will meet the above requirements through high school graduation and office experience.
